Location

Lennoxtown is an attractive village nestling at the foot of the Campsie Fells and lying some 13 miles from Glasgow. Directions

The site lies to the north east of the town, on sloping ground facing south and overlooking Campsie Golf Club and the town. Heading north from Lennoxtown on the B822 towards Fintry, follow this road until it becomes Crow Road and continue until you reach Campsie Golf Club on the left. There is a house called Roughcraig House next on the right after the left hand bend, the property is accessed by a track on the right immediately past this house. Description

The property is in a semi rural location and contains a redundant service reservoir which comprises a mainly rectangular area containing an underground tank with various associated above ground cabinets. The area described within the title extends to 0.075 ha (0.185 ac).
