Stow is a picturesque village in the Scottish Borders some 8 miles north of Galashiels and 25 miles south of Edinburgh. An application to renewal this consent – Ref 16/01461/PPP was lodged with the Council in November 2016. At the time of going to press the application was still to be determined, however, it is understood that the Council are minded to approve the renewal with the Section 75 Agreement in the process of being signed off.
