Situated in a high profile position at the southern end of the Kincardine and Clackmannanshire bridges, this site is located on the north side of the A876 South Approach Road and just under a mile from the Bowtrees Interchange with the A905 and northern end of the M876 motorway. Kincardine lies on the opposite banks of the River Forth and Airth is around a mile to the north west. The immediate road network also provides convenient access to Grangemouth, Falkirk and Stirling. The building, which has not been inspected internally by SVA, is situated to the north east of the site and comprises a small brick building with a flat roof, extending to aproximately 48 sq.m. The tanks have now been decommissioned and are certified gas free. The relevant certificates are available from the auctioneers. The remainder of the site is mainly concrete and tarmac surfaced and it is accessed directly from a slip road leading from the Higgins Neuk roundabout.
