On client’s instructions, the following Lots have been sold/withdrawn prior to auction.

Lot 2 – Devon Place, Glasgow - Withdrawn Prior – Should be re-offered on 22nd June with additional adjacent ground.


Interested parties have their attention drawn to the following amendments:

Lot 1 – Loch Lundie, Achnandarach, Plockton, Wester Ross - We understand that the fishing rights are not exclusive to Scottish Water.
The site area is 15.6 Hectares (38.5 Acres) approx and not as stated in the brochure. A plan showing the extent of the property is with the Legal Pack available from our client’s solicitors or alternatively the plan is available from SVA Property Auctions.

Lot 5 – Land at 26 Oakshaw Street East, Paisley - The full Legal Pack is available for inspection with the Auctioneers. This includes a copy of the Land Certificate for Oakshaw House. The Land Certificate makes it clear that the solum of the driveway is excluded from the title of Oakshaw House, but that the proprietors of Oakshaw House have a heritable and irredeemable servitude right of access, but not of stance, for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and that they are also liable for a half share of the maintenance of the said driveway. The revised site area is estimated as being 0.71Ha (1.75 acres) approx

Lot 6 – 2222 London Road, Glasgow - Additional Planning Information. It has been brought to our attention that in addition to the lapsed consent for Class 3 use, mentioned in the brochure, the site has also previously had consent for Class 6 use. In June 2008, Glasgow City Council granted full conditional planning consent (Ref 07/02775/DC) for the erection of a warehouse (Class 6), formation of parking and servicing. Further details of both this and the Class 3 consent are available on the Council’s planning portal.

Lot 7 – 156 West Street, Glasgow - Since going to press, SVA Property Auctions understands that the double-sided 48 sheet advertising hoarding, referred to in the auction brochure, has been removed from the property. However the site upon which the hoarding stood remains part of the subjects of sale.

Lot 9 – 7-11 Buccleuch Street, Hawick – With respect to the Vodafone mast site mentioned in the brochure a copy of the lease documentation is now available from the auctioneers. This is for a twenty-year period from 2015 at a rental level of £6,500 per annum with five yearly rent reviews.
