Lot 5 – Doric, The Cross, Coupar Angus, Nr Blairgowrie – EPC Banding is Band E.  We understand that the property is C Listed.

Lot 7 – 6 Mackay Terrace, Portskerra, Melvich – The Solicitors details for this Lot are Masson Cairns, Strathspey House, Grantown on Spey, PH26 3EQ, Tel: 01479 874800, ka@lawscot.com, (Kate Anderson) and not as stated in the brochure.

Lot 15 – Sheildhill Farm House, Quothquan, Nr Biggar – Please note that further to planning application CL/16/0255 being withdrawn in August 2016, a revised planning application was submitted to South Lanarkshire Council dated 17/8/16. Permission in principle was granted on 20/3/17. The most recent application can be viewed on the Council website using Ref CL/16/0334 www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk.

Lot 17 – Cherry Tree Cottage, The Green, Pencaitland, East Lothian - The Lot will be offered as Lot 17 and not as stated on the auction brochure insert. The EPC banding for the house is Band C.
