Covid Update
We are pleased to report that further sales have been achieved and/or agreed for lots offered via our inaugural live streamed auction held on 30th September. Sale proceeds now stand at over £1.6m and our successful disposal rate is 93%. Feedback from clients, successful bidders and observers of the auction has been excellent and we continue to receive very positive comments regarding the sale. We are currently finetuning some of the processes before the next auction.
We had planned to hold a second live streamed auction on 24th November, but having considered the current work environment and with a view to ensuring the continued health and safety of all parties involved with the preparations and auction process, we have decided to re-schedule the date of the next sale. Accordingly, the second SVA Property Auctions lived stream auction will take place on Tuesday 15th December. Our brochure will be published in mid-November and will contain full details of all the lots and arrangements for remote bidding. The entry deadline for entering properties into this auction is 10th November.
