Extending to 4m x 2.6m the WTW building is of pre-fabricated concrete construction with a corrugated flat roof and metal roller shutter door. The service reservoir comprises a covered tank measuring approx. 14m x 14m. There are also a number of chamber covers on site. The site is located directly adjacent to the access track and is generally surrounded by grazing land with open views in each direction. The total area included within the title extends to 0.48ac and the site is demarcated by security fencing and livestock fencing which is now in need of repair.
